Birthday goings on
We didn't go to the Nature Centre, opting to head for a local National Trust property instead so we could get in for free.
Unfortunately, neither of us were really paying attention, and the map in the National Trust book really isn't that specific, and although we were aiming for Packwood House, about 11 miles south of Brum, we got within a mile of Stratford before we realised we'd totally missed it and had to turn round.
However, we had a nice picnic 'lunch' at 4:15pm in the Yew Garden when we finally got there (sadly too late to go in the actual house). The Yews were very impressive though, most just shaped like cones - very tall and in close lines. It would be a great place to play if you were a kid! And then there was this one:

I did get some money for my birthday (thanks mum & dad! :) ), and decided that before I blew it all on frivolous things like food and train fare to university I should buy some Primark pants!
I like the navy ones. Only in Kenya, ya know.
